An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with a bright personality to join our Residential Property team. We are one of Sydney’s most respected and fastest growing boutique property agencies with a rapidly growing rent roll and team structure, and a recent finalist in this year’s Real Estate Business Awards. With a portfolio of over 500 properties, we require the services of a Buyer’s Agent to join our successfully expanding company.

This is a full time position. The Buyer’s Agent will suit someone with a passion for residential property investing and strong Sales experience. You will be provided with engaged buyers agency clients ready for you to advocate for and you will also be required to network and source clients to utilise your services and the extension services of our clients firm.

Duties will include: 

  • Find and conduct initial due-diligence on properties – sourcing properties
  • End to end client management and weekly client reporting
  • Diary management and office administration
  • Liaising with clients and agents

Required: 

  • Strong sales background
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Exceptional personal presentation, positive attitude and happy disposition
  • Attention to detail and computer literacy
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service & time management skills 

Experience / Qualifications: 

  • Buyers Agency Certificate is NOT a pre-requisite This exciting role will suit someone who may be currently working as a Sales Agent and wants a change and move to the other side with this dynamic company. Training will be provided.

Duties will include:
• Assist the Property Management & Sales teams with general correspondence, current rental and sales lists.
• Provide internal staff with professional administrative support including taking accurate and properly detailed messages, word processing duties, attending to routine correspondence and when required prepare written reports
• Provide assistance in the administration and maintenance of company records
• Assist with maintenance requests, routine inspections, lease renewals, new tenancy applications, open house for rentals, and generally assist where required in managing a portfolio, whilst learning the job for yourself in the future
• Liaising with suppliers, tenants and owners

With a portfolio of over 500 properties, we require the services of an Office Administrator to join our successfully expanding company.

This is a full time position. The Office Administrator will play an active role in the day to day operations of the business.

Duties will include: 

  • General office and reception duties - answering calls
  • Property inspection reports (Bond Inspections, Routine and Initial Inspections)
  • Routine inspection schedules
  • Lease preparation (lease renewal)
  • Support property management administrator
  • Maintain office keys for all properties
  • Update KPI white board and reports
  • Confirm the details of renewal lease in REST (experience  desirable but not essential)
  • Updating the mailing addresses of AGM notices
  • Sending hard copies of owners statements along with relevant invoices to the owners at End of Month
  • Maintaining and monitoring database and spreadsheets
  • File management – all tenant and landlord files
  • Adhoc administration duties

Required: 

  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills 
  • High attention to detail
  • Computer literacy - Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office environment
  • Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word

This is a full time position. The Customer Relationship Manager will play an active role in marketing to both existing and potential customers.

Duties will include: 

  • Manage and monitor day to day communications with property owners, tenants and prospective new clients
  • Initiate and develop a CRM system
  • Record names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospects contacted into the CRM system
  • Explain products, services, pricing and answer queries and overcome objections from customers
  • Obtain regular feedback and testimonials from owners and tenants on service delivery
  • Post settlement customer management
  • Liaise with accounts on payments/outstandings
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide management feedback information on new relationships in order to meet the business objectives
  • Sale of ancillary Infinity products such as cleaning and insurance
